Under one roof

From pattern to packed part, in six steps.

No subcontracted casting, no lost handovers. Every step happens at our facility in Citeureup.

01

Pattern & tooling

Patterns, core boxes and tooling are made in our own workshop, so changes to your design never wait on a third party.

CAD/CAM · SolidWorks · SolidCAM
02

Simulation

Gating, feeding and solidification are simulated before the first pour to prevent shrinkage and porosity.

Z-Cast casting simulation
03

Melting & casting

Induction melting with tight chemistry control, poured into investment shells or resin, CO2 and green sand moulds.

125–800 kVA induction furnaces
04

Heat treatment

Solution annealing, normalising and tempering to the ASTM or customer specification.

Gas & electric furnaces, up to 1200 °C
05

CNC machining

Castings are machined to finished, ready-to-install dimensions and dynamically balanced when required.
